What are the system requirements?
Our software is kept in an ASP environment. All of the software is kept
at our secure location and can be accessed with a High Speed Internet
connection, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
5.0 or higher.
Do we offer custom design work?
Yes. If the request you make can be used by all other agencies, the
request will be rolled out through our normal upgrades which happen
regularly. If it is truly custom work and is only helpful to your agency
we can quote you a rate.
Is SembraCare Solutions HIPAA compliant?
Yes.
What qualifies SembraCare to design Home Health Care software?
SembraCare was started when professionals who have worked for years in
the field met with professional software engineers and decided that
there was a lack of software that specialized in the Medicaid field.

software, thus the growing need for SembraCare, which focuses strictly

Can you explain the pricing structure?
SembraCare is committed to making the pricing structure as
straightforward as possible. Our license agreements are written in such
a way that it takes the high cost of software and throws it out the
window. SembraCare charges a small percentage of each Medicaid check

Who do you use to process our Payroll?
SembraCare currently uses ADP to process your payroll.
If I like my payroll company instead of ADP, can I still use
SembraCare?
Absolutely. You can continue doing your payroll but we might be able to
make it easier for you to report your hours to the payroll company by
way of an extract or PDF.
